JSONP-USGS

Hi there! This is a very, very simple wrapper around the very lovely USGS open API for elevation. Why would you use this instead of that API? This supports JSONP. Woo!

Here's how it works:

• HTTP GET on http://jsonpusgs.appspot.com/api with lat, lng and units args. units can be either "FEET" or "METERS".
• We either return a 400 with an error message or some JSON that looks like {"units": "METERS", "elevation": 223.301956177}
• Optionally put in a callback parameter and get that with JSONP
